Technical Information and Cancellation Policy

Upon reservation, we will ask for a credit card number to confirm you presence, or for a 50% deposit on the package price. In case of cancellation 72 hours or more in advance, no deposit will be charged. If you cancel less than 72 hours before arrival, for groups of 10 people cancellation made within 15 days 50% of the package price is retained.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill a health card

The time you are late will be deducted from your treatment time. The aim is to respect other customers schedules. Punctuality is the best way to get the utmost out of our treatment services.

All our therapists are licensed and can deliver a receipt for your massage therapy sessions for insurance purposes.

Our prices are subject to change without notice. However, upon reservation, quoted prices will be honored. Sales tax is always added.

For a more pleasant stay

Spa Chéribourg provides comfortable dressing gowns and slippers. We suggest you bring small non-slip sandals to also enjoy the pool, sauna, whirlpool and gym facilities. Cell phones and pagers will be turned off during your stay. Multiple activities will be offered on site and nearby. Bring sportswear.
